Import booking files

Use this when you need to add booking XML files manually.

Shared folder import

The app only scans this folder when you press the button. It does not monitor email or run on a schedule.

All folders below the configured share are checked. Small XML files are treated as bookings; completed Job Pack XML files are automatically used as the blank form template.

Engineer fallback

Normally engineers come directly from each booking’s A&A Resources field. This is only used when that field is empty.

Job photos · Immich

Find photos taken between each job’s saved arrival and departure times.

In Immich, create a key with asset.read and asset.view permissions. Some previews also need asset.download. Use an account whose photos you want available in this planner.
